This year we are excited to adopt a Prelims/Finals Format with a brief critique session in between Prelims and Finals which gives your students the opportunity at two runs on the day and your team direct feedback If you are preparing to go to BOA Nashville or any other major event later in the season or for planning for future seasons!
We will also offer senior recognitions for all participating schools!

More about Seth Murphy
Seth Murphy has been involved in the marching arts for over 20 years. He began his drum corps career as a brass musician with the Carolina Crown in 2000 and 2003-05 as a euphonium/tuba player, serving as the brass program’s horn sergeant for 3 seasons (‘03-’05). He then joined the brass faculty at Crown for the next two years (‘06-’07) and learned a great deal from the leadership in the brass program. Other notable drum corps faculty positions include the Blue Stars as a mellophone instructor and then Brass Assistant Caption Manager from 2009-2011, Pacific Crest as a Brass Caption Manager (2012-2015) and Program Director from 2016-17, the Mandarins as a brass consultant in 2018-19, The Cadets from 2020-2023 as Brass Assistant Caption Manager, and the Santa Clara Vanguard in 2024 as a Brass Ensemble Specialist.
